This immersion multistage pump has Flow Range (Q) 0.4-55.0 M3/hr and Liquid Temperature -15°C - +120°C.
Typical Application IDL is used for conveying machine tool coolant, lubricating
liquid and condensed water, industrial cleaning equipment
and other occasions suitable for immersion pump. IDL is
suitable for non-corrosive liquids, and IDL is suitable for
mildly corrosive liquids.
Specifically used in EDM, lathe, grinder, machining center,
cold unloading device, industrial cleaning equipment, filter
system, etc.
Pump Description IDL is a non-self-priming submerged multi-stage centrifugal pump equipped with a standard motor. It adopts a
structure in which the motor shaft and the pump shaft are
directly connected by a coupling.
In order to meet the installation depth of the water tank or
container, the cavity of the empty sleeve can be installed to
change the immersion depth of the pump itself. For different

Operating Conditions
Thin, clean, non-explosive liquid free of solid particles and fibers,
can transport water, cooling water solution and cutting lubricating
fluid.
Liquid temperature: Normal type -15ºC~+70ºC
Hot water type -15ºC~+120ºC
Altitude and ambient temperature
When the pump runs when the ambient temperature is higher than
40ºC or the altitude is higher than 1000m, the output power P2 of the
motor will decrease. Therefore, the motor power of the pump should
be increased under the above conditions.
Performance Curve All curves are based on motor measurements at constant speed of
2900rpm.
The curve tolerance conforms to ISO9906, Appendix A.
The test adopts water without air at 20ºC, and the kinematic
viscosity is 1mm2/s.
The use of the pump refers to the performance range of the bold
curve,in order to prevent overheating due to too small flow and
overloading the motor due to excessive flow.
