Features

 Structure and Features
WQ,WQD sewage submersible pump consists of three parts: water pump, seal and 
motor. The motor is located on the upper part of the pump and is a single-phase or 
three-phase asynchronous motor.The water pump is located at the lower part of the 
electric pump and is a double-channel impeller and volute type structure.A hard 
mechanical seal is used between the water pump and the motor, and an "O"-shaped 
oil-resistant rubber sealing ring is used for static sealing at each fixed stop.
♦ The rotating shaft of the electric pump is treated with hard chrome plating, which 
can effectively improve the wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the shaft, and 
is conducive to the maintenance and disassembly of the impeller;
♦Reliable cable waterproof inlet even if the cable is damaged or the wire end is 
immersed in water, the water will not enter the motor. Moreover, due to the humid 
environment, moisture will not be sucked into the motor through the gap between the 
copper wires of the cable, causing the insulation to drop;
♦ The electric pump of 11KW and below is directly started, and the electric pump is 
equipped with a thermal protector, which can automatically cut off the power supply 
to protect the motor in the case of phase loss, overload, and motor overheating of the 
electric pump.Electric pumps of 15KW and above meet the star-delta start mode. A 
thermal switch is embedded in the electric pump coil, which can be connected to an 
external motor protection device. 18.5KW and above electric pumps can be equipped 
with sealed leak probes according to user needs
